I have been working as a Pastry Chef for now over 7 years and I love it. I qualified in a prestigious french pastry school called E.N.S.P. (National Superior School of Pastry), and started my career within the strict surroundings of a five star hotel in Bordeaux which restaurants have been bought by Gordon Ramsey a year after I started there. This was truly an amazing experience for me. Then I decided to move to Manchester where I worked for one of the best hotels you can find in town as Pastry Headchef.
Now I am here to offer my vast set of skills and experience to anyone with a cake project in mind.
